4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Payment Method
FeetComfy.com currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is due to the courier upon delivery of your order.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable.
4.3 Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding public holidays.
4.4 Order Refusal
Customers are free to refuse a COD delivery at their doorstep. There is currently no penalty, restriction, or blacklisting applied to customers who refuse an order. We reserve the right to review this policy in the future.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect address, unreachable customer, or stock unavailability.
